About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Policy Analyst to join our team at Technopolis Group. As a Policy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our projects across various policy areas, including science and innovation, digital, health, green economy, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers in designing and implementing data collection tools
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform policy decisions
  • Apply key results from analysis to support policy development and evaluation
  • Contribute to the writing of study reports and other policy documents
  • Support peers in their delivery of work and ensure individual assignments are delivered to plan
Requirements
  • Academic background in a relevant subject at Masters level or above
  • Experience in policy analysis, research, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write well and to a professional standard
  • Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a strong commitment to quality and integrity
