About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at our highly rated Care home located in the Ayr area.

The home is a large Nursing home with a fantastic home manager, catering for the elderly and those living with dementia.

The home has an experienced manager who has an open door leadership style and is needing a Deputy Care Home Manager to support in terms of staffing, rota's, supervisions, auditing, and care planning while providing hands-on care to the residents who benefit from an array of activities, a variety of catering options, and a dedicated and passionate care team.

About You
  • NMC registered with active PIN
  • Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
  • Excellent care planning and CI/SSSC knowledge
  • A passion for person-centered care
  • Respectful of people's values while promoting good care practices
