Job Title: Associate, Finance Business Partnering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate, Finance Business Partnering to join our team at McLaren Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business partners, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the development of financial plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to business partners to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including variance analysis and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA part-qualified or looking to begin qualifications
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills, Power BI desirable
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and organize to work effectively to deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
