Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

At Innova Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor EHS issues, regulations, and company practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees on EHS guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate EHS records and contribute to the development of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Support site-wide learning and development activities, including creating training materials and delivering training.
  • Assist with physical site security processes and controls.
  • Support occupational health requirements and site CSR and sustainability initiatives.
  • Participate in incident investigations and complete EHS, ISO 14001, and security audits as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an EHS role.
  • Working knowledge of EHS policies, PPE, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PUWER, Legal Requirements, Training, Waste Management, Sustainability, Contractor management, Cranes and lifting devices, Incident management, MHE, LOTO, and high-risk activities.
