Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Urban Planning Lead to support its land and planning team in London. This is a challenging role that requires a senior town planner with extensive knowledge of the London planning landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain effective working relationships with local authorities, GLA, consultants, and agents to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Undertake thorough research and analysis to prepare due diligence for potential acquisition sites, including preparing briefs to architects from feasibility stage through to planning instruction.
- Prepare planning applications, including planning statements, and manage planning budgets and programs, coordinating the consultant team from acquisition through to determination of the planning application.
- Attend land and planning meetings, keeping the management team fully informed, and plan and make presentations at meetings, public consultations, and planning committees.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-5 years' experience in Planning Consultancy or Developer, preferably with relevant London Authorities/GLA experience. MRTPI qualification and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, are essential.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced urban planner looking to take your career to the next level, please apply.
