Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number to join our care home team. As a nurse with HC One, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our Residents, advocating for their needs and delivering a high standard of care.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with your colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Recognise and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what to do if you have any concerns.
  • Attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training in associated areas.

Requirements
  • A valid Pin number.
