Job Description:
Inspiring Interns & Graduates is seeking a skilled Education professional to join our team as an Area Education Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education, with 1-3 years of experience in education or operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various sites across Nottinghamshire.

We require a graduate area manager who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programs. A clean driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between sites.

The position includes full training (six weeks based in Birmingham, expenses covered), enabling the successful candidate to excel in their new role. We value professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills in our ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple sites across Nottinghamshire, promoting effective teamwork and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance educational outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program engagement, focusing on continuous improvement.
