Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within our client's European facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
  • Develop and implement quality systems and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA capacity, with a strong understanding of GMP regulations
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality-related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
