Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Site Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations in our Sterile Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site Quality Management Meetings to ensure Quality actions are carried out and the Global Quality Systems is constantly maintained or improved.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of the Quality team, which currently consists of QA Officers, Document Controller's and Quality Support professionals.
- Ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule by working closely with Production and QC Teams and Managers.
- Lead inspection readiness on site as well as the Contamination Control Strategy, ensuring that controls are checked frequently.
- Relevant Degree within a Pharmaceutical or Scientific discipline or the equivalent knowledge and experience from an industry position.
- Proven industry experience working within a Production Quality role within a Sterile or Radiopharmaceutical setting.
- A working knowledge and practical experience of Quality Assurance Leadership within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
