Join Our Team as a Journal Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the operational process for a portfolio of academic journals. As a Journal Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your journals, including optimizing journal configuration and workflows, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational process for a portfolio of academic journals
  • Optimize journal configuration and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Society partners, editors, authors, and reviewers
  • Drive process improvements through data analysis and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with a large team of Journal Managers and other stakeholders to achieve department objectives and key results
