Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building a career in scientific journals publishing? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Academic Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to Editors, Authors, and Publishers with queries on articles in the editorial and production process.
  • Monitor journal performance through the entire end-to-end process of publication.
  • Address content-related customer support requests and inquiries.
  • Display knowledge of academic publishing, library sciences, and university culture.
  • Able to work in the office in Exeter one day per week.
