We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to our multidisciplinary team. Your primary focus will be on delivering safe, effective, and efficient healthcare services to our patients. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement new strategies, improve existing processes, and drive innovation within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on clinical best practices
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided by the team
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • An undergraduate degree in pharmacy
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • An independent prescribing qualification
  • The ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making
  • Previous general practice experience is desirable

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include:
