About the Role

AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team as the Client Contract Manager for large and complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial and contract performance leadership to the project team to enable effective management of project and commercial risk.
  • Offer commercial and contract expertise to the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement commercial and contract strategies to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and mitigate commercial and contract risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
  • Expert knowledge of public procurement regulations.
  • Experience in end-to-end procurement, including pre- and post-contract management.
  • Experience in team or line management responsibility.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Supplier relationship management skills.
  • Experience in business governance and public sector governance.
  • Experience in scoping deliverables, contract variation management, and budgetary control.
