We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse RMN RNLD to join our team at Woodbourne Priory Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, including those with acute and psychiatric intensive care needs.
  • You will participate in the development of new services and care pathways, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • You will engage in continuous quality improvement within your service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • You will also be required to demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • You must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • You must be a registered nurse with active NMC PIN as a RMN or RNLD, with a minimum of 12 months post-qualifying experience.
  • You must have relevant clinical experience and a positive attitude towards change and quality improvement.
  • You must be able to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.

  • You will receive an excellent salary of £36,176 - £38,596, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.

Our Shift Patterns

We operate day shifts from 7:30am to 8pm and night shifts from 7:30pm to 8am.
