Senior Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our 2nd line Risk Function at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our Risk Compliance team, you will support the Head of Compliance in delivering the Bank's compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise on compliance with consumer regulatory regimes, including FCA regulation and data protection.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to embed compliance awareness across the organisation.
- Perform close and continuous oversight to support the Bank's compliance with regulation and provide a view to management through Risk Opinions.
- Report on regulatory compliance risk and provide input to Committee papers.
- Act as a delegate for the Head of Compliance where required.
- Expert knowledge of consumer regulation applicable to retail banking, including FCA regulation and data protection.
- Ability to shape, develop and deliver on a compliance monitoring plan.
- Ability to apply knowledge to provide practical opinions and oversight, with an understanding of how credit cards, loans and savings products operate.
- Good listening and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Good report writing skills, with the ability to understand how to deliver key messages in Board and Oversight reports.
