We are seeking a skilled Technical Services Specialist to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients in Cheshunt. In this role, you will ensure that our customers' technical equipment is functioning optimally and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation: Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Documentation: Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Services Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
