Technical Lead for Innovative Home Designs

Human Capital Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for its residential development team. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will lead the design of innovative and energy-efficient homes across London and the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in creating modern designs.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects from initial land acquisition to construction.
- Apply your expertise in HVAC and renewable energy to drive innovation.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of up to £65K.
- Travel Allowance of £4500.
- Contractual bonus of 10%.
- 25 days annual leave.
- 5% pension contribution.
- An additional individual bonus of up to 15%.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of HVAC services and PH systems.
- Good understanding of electrical and life safety systems.
- Previous residential project experience.
- Able to work in the UK without sponsorship requirements.
