We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Care Professional to join our team at The West End Project in Dumbarton. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting people with physical disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury, empowering them to reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individualized support to service users, promoting independence and confidence-building skills.
- Develop and implement tailored plans to enhance service users' hand-to-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Collaborate with the staff team and Art tutor to deliver high-quality Art classes and promote creative expression.
**What We Offer**
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
