Community Development Team Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Development Team Coordinator to join our team in Thurrock, Essex. As a key member of our staff, you will support the delivery of our Community Drug and Alcohol Service by coordinating various activities and events.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate community outreach initiatives and events.
  • Support the development and implementation of programme plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for community events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in programme planning and evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services.

Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the local area and its challenges.

Salary Information: £27,992 - £32,578 per annum.
