Job Summary
As a Technical Service Coordinator for Electric Heating at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Providing product application advice and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with product identification and sizing
- Coordinating site visits to resolve technical issues
- Offering wiring assistance and electrical advice
- Providing technical support and information to customers
- Assisting with product usage and setup for Electric Heating applications
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies
Requirements
- Sound electrical knowledge of domestic wiring and heating systems
- Understanding of how electric heating systems operate
- Work experience in a similar or related position
If you do not possess the above skills, we encourage you to apply if you hold a relevant technical qualification or equivalent, as training will be provided.
Essential Skills
- Able to work independently with support from UK and Danish teams when needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to share knowledge and experience with team colleagues
- Excellent telephone manner and empathy with customers of varying technical abilities
- Strong communication and service-oriented skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (training provided)
- Stakeholder and customer management skills
- Enthusiasm to acquire knowledge about Danfoss and Devi new technologies and products
- Strong motivation, passion for mechanics, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mentality
