Job Overview

As a Technical Service Coordinator, Electric Heating, you will be part of a dynamic team at Danfoss, responsible for providing technical support to customers. Your main duties will include:


• Providing product application advice and recommendations

• Identifying and sizing products

• Arranging site visits to resolve issues

• Offering wiring assistance and electrical advice

• Providing technical help and information

• Offering product usage advice for Electric Heating applications (Under Floor Heating & Trace Heating)

• Participating in personal development and training to stay up-to-date on new Danfoss & Devi products and innovations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:


• Sound electrical knowledge of domestic wiring, including heating systems

• Understanding of how electric heating systems operate

• Work experience in a similar or related position

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (training will be provided)

• Skilled in stakeholder and customer management

• Enthusiastic to acquire knowledge about Danfoss and Devi new technologies and products

• Strongly motivated, passionate about mechanics, and problem-solving

• Hands-on in mentality
