Associate Director - Building Services Leader

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Building Services team in London. As a key member of our Science Sector, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable, net zero carbon design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Science Sector in London
  • Manage and deliver projects to meet financial targets and client expectations
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality design solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize workload and capacity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat business

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Science Sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of building services design and delivery, with a focus on sustainable and net zero carbon solutions
