About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client's team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, with proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner to a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop financial insights, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly management accounts and consolidated management accounts.
  • Annual Budget Preparation: Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • System Support: Provide technical support for financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner to a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with charity accounting, ideally in a group setting.

Compensation Package

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
