About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Officer to join our team at Stonewater. As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our development programme, working closely with our development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and management of development projects, including site visits and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the development team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals.
  • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

  • Interest in or knowledge of housing development, particularly affordable housing.
  • Excellent administrative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to development sites.
