Medical Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Dermatology department. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional secretarial support, ensuring seamless communication between professionals, patients, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent prioritization, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with experience in audio typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. A good understanding of medical terminology is also essential. In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to work on your own initiative, manage workload independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Specialty Team in Dermatology
- Typing letters and reports, handling telephone queries, and arranging diagnostic investigations
- Working independently to prioritize and manage workload according to operational standards and protocols
