About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to end users, retailers, and distributors of our products sold in the UK.
  • Support service providers and engineers with repairs on our products, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Carry out daily tasks as required to complete company procedures set up by senior management.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, working to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and minimize the volume of open jobs (repairs) to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Order spare parts and monitor back orders to ensure timely repairs.
  • Generate service calls on our repair management system.
  • Assist with the sale of spare parts and provide advice as needed.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and provide senior management with repair feedback.
  • Support internal office projects as required.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.
