About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging KS4 English lessons to students with SEMH needs. This will involve creating tailored lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students and providing regular progress updates to parents and carers. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions between lessons and provide constructive feedback to students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging KS4 English lessons
* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure effective support for students with SEMH needs
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in English or related field
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
* Experience in teaching KS4 English
* Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
