Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development Job Description

Link2resourceltd is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development to join their Senior Leadership team in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. This key role will be instrumental in driving business growth and success through the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Leading the HR function and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary package including a base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits may include health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
