Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the Consultant, including preparing and distributing documents, managing diaries, and coordinating appointments.
- Liaising with consultants, medical staff, patients, and other administration teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including filing correspondence and investigative reports.
- Utilizing computerized systems to identify patient data, manage waiting lists, and track progress.
- Medical terminology knowledge and experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including email and document management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
