As a registered healthcare professional with a background in nursing, paramedicine, or physiotherapy, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and evaluate performance.
  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to develop their clinical skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £58,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
