Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to join our team and help us expand our business to three restaurants over the next two years.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- A competitive salary of up to £45,000 (including a guaranteed SC of £7k) and bonuses.
- A 25% discount for you and four other people (family and friends only).
- The opportunity to work with a great team and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- An equity stake in the restaurant/bar, providing a genuine opportunity for growth and development.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
