Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and develop strategies that drive acquisition and retention. This influential role will oversee the digital channels that account for a significant proportion of our order revenue, presenting a unique opportunity for a seasoned digital marketer to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing channel strategies that align with our overall marketing and brand objectives.
- Lead a team of digital experts, providing guidance and support to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and third-party suppliers to maximize opportunities and drive incremental sales.
- Drive a program of continuous improvement across all performance channels, increasing efficiency, sessions, conversion, and sales.
- Ensure digital activity supports our brand objectives and challenges, delivering a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering results in a senior digital marketing role, ideally in a sizeable e-commerce environment.
- Experience leading a small team of experts and strong people management skills.
- Ability to create integrated digital marketing strategies and manage a significant budget.
- Exceptional knowledge of the current search landscape, including paid and organic search, as well as e-commerce opportunities and risks.
- Demonstrable experience in data-driven marketing and decision-making.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and its role in an effective marketing strategy.
