Airfield Operations Specialist Job Description

This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of London Oxford Airport. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Director and be responsible for managing airfield operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication within the airport community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day airfield operations, including airside activities and adherence to regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Monitor and respond to airfield emergencies, minimizing impacts on airport operations.
  • Support the Compliance Manager in dealing with non-compliances effectively.

Compensation Package: £50,000 - £70,000 per year.
