  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with service users
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

As a Support Worker at Mencap, you will receive a competitive salary, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a range of benefits, including pension contributions and access to award-winning training and development opportunities.

Contract Options

We offer full-time and part-time contracts, with flexible hours to suit your availability. Our services are 24-hour care, and we prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal and social life.
