Banquet and Conference Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead our team and ensure every event exceeds our guests' expectations. As a key member of our conference and banqueting department, you'll work closely with the events team to deliver flawless execution.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in event management, working in a luxury setting with a renowned hotel brand. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Co-ordinate events from conceptualisation to delivery
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services
- Develop and implement effective event management procedures
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Possibility of a £10,000 estimated annual Tronc
