Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager

We are looking for a seasoned event professional to join Cliveden House, a luxury hotel in the heart of Berkshire. As an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and providing seamless experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Maintain high standards of service and hospitality, ensuring that every event meets or exceeds guest expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve event management procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
Your Package Includes:
  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
