Griffin Fire is seeking a skilled Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer to join our team in London. As a Mechanical Sprinkler Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and remedial works of Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, and Dry/Wet Risers in accordance with the latest British and EN standards. You will also undertake mechanical servicing and remedial works of Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Risers, and Sprinkler Systems. Additionally, you will forward plan regarding parts requirements on installation works, place parts orders, liaise with site management, and coordinate with other trades. You will work both independently and as part of the wider Sprinkler Department on installation and service works. You will receive field support and training for all disciplines undertaken. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a Sprinkler Engineer position or mechanical pipe installation. They will also have extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential sprinkler systems, ability to carry system changeovers, and competence with fire alarms and all kinds of commercial sprinkler systems. Experience working in the field independently is also required. A full driving license is necessary.
