Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the 'Through Life' element of the Engineering Excellence Framework Development with a focus on Quality of Event.
  • Coaching and mentoring individuals or teams on tools and application on both upcoming and existing projects, encouraging best practice for serviceability checks & tooling checks to be fed back into product designs.
  • Leading transformation projects to improve Through Life processes across Product Engineering.
  • Preventing Recurrence measures and Lessons Learnt Implementation.

You'll bring your skills and experience including:

  • Product Engineering in a large multi-national organisation.
  • Increasing responsibility in a variety of Product Engineering environments focused primarily on complex electro-mechanical-software integrated product architectures used in the automotive industry.
  • Supporting Product Development projects and organisations from concept to launch.
  • Strong people and leadership skills, with the ability to work individually and in a cross functional team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: £46,850 - £58,000
