We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Teaching Assistant to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire. This role involves working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide support to students.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of educational principles and practices. They will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning and delivery, providing one-to-one support to students, and monitoring and managing student behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing one-to-one support to students
- Monitoring and managing student behaviour
- An estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
