Job Summary
NCG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Quality team as a Quality and Curriculum Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our managers, lecturers, and senior leadership team to support the management of college-wide quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to achieve and maintain high standards across the college.
- Coordinate staff development activities across our further and higher education provision.
- Provide effective and responsive support for all quality-related activities.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Quality team to drive quality improvements across the college.
Requirements
- Experience of working with quality monitoring systems (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
