Quality Engineer Role

CV-Library is working with an established company based in Kidderminster who are seeking a skilled and time-served quality engineer to join their team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop and implement corrective actions, and support process improvements across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to drive quality improvements.
  2. Develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality at all stages of the manufacturing process.
  4. Utilize knowledge of basic measurement tools and quality inspection techniques to identify and address quality issues.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  2. Strong understanding of quality standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF.
  3. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
