Job Title: Heathrow Community Ranger

HL Services (London) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Ranger to join our team. As a Community Ranger, you will play a vital role in enhancing and improving the local environment, working closely with local councils, schools, parishes, and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Watering and maintenance of garden beds, planters, and window boxes to ensure a high standard of presentation.
  • Assisting with grass cutting and strimming to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Replacing plants and establishing new planting areas to enhance the local environment.
  • Maintenance of surrounding infrastructure, including fencing, signage, and litter bins.
  • Construction of community sheds, planters, and fences to support community projects.
  • Concreting of shed bases, fence posts, and planters to ensure a solid foundation.
  • Decorating and painting of indoor communal areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Landscape design to enhance the visual appeal of the area.
  • Planning and preparation of community days and events to engage with local residents.
  • Litter picking and emptying of litter bins to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Reporting of litter hotspots and graffiti to the relevant authorities.
  • Liaison with drivers of taxis and private hire vehicles to promote a clean and safe environment.
  • Operating machinery and vehicles as required to fulfill the demands of the job.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
