Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to provide high-quality data, administration, and project support to our team at Kingdom People.

The successful candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 HR Qualification and strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.

About the Role
  • Provide data, administration, and project support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Take accurate minutes and action logs of meetings to facilitate effective communication
  • Manage HR recruitment for the organisation, ensuring compliance with KCSIE at all times
  • Attend and support with HR employee relations meetings to resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 HR Qualification
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment procedures
  • Experience in team working and providing support to staff and managers

The estimated salary range is £16.28 - £20.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
