About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at HC-One Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and mealtime assistance
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting socialization and engagement
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Compassion, empathy, and kindness when interacting with residents
