About the Programme

You'll spend 30 months working across various departments, gaining insights into the water industry's challenges and opportunities. During this time, you'll develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, learn about our business strategy and performance drivers, and contribute to delivering our environmental ambitions.

Throughout the programme, you'll receive regular feedback, support, and guidance from experienced professionals, helping you to grow both personally and professionally. Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to take up a permanent role within the company, based on your interests and strengths.

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including an annual bonus scheme, pension scheme, sharesave options, and more.
