The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes and possess excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver exceptional care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual residents' needs
  • Maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance with CQC regulations

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
