As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading the team, working closely with individuals who require specialist interventions using trauma-informed care and a recovery-based approach.

Main Responsibilities
  • \t
  • Deliver high-quality secondary care and enhance community services, working with individuals who require specialist interventions. \t
  • Develop and lead the Intensive Support Service team, working closely with individuals who require specialist interventions. \t
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary Community Learning Disability Team, addressing and supporting the health, psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of adults with a learning disability. \t
  • Provide clinical supervision to individuals or groups, as professionally appropriate. \t
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities and ensure the individual is at the center of their care.
Requirements
  • \t
  • Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council - RNMH or RNLD (RNSC - CAMHS only) - RGN (If appropriate). \t
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development. \t
  • Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing clinical supervision OR willingness to work towards within 6 months. \t
  • Working knowledge of clinical medicines management, including administration of injections.
