We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our Client Services team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line client contact, focusing on outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are met, and service standards are maintained.
  • Participate in creating a highly motivated culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Champion our core values and demonstrate a committed and positive attitude towards change and our clients.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to research, digest, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to take initiative.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
