Immigration Paralegal Role

Gemini Recruitment Services Ltd is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a dedicated Immigration Paralegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with casework, dealing with a range of Immigration matters, and undertaking their own advocacy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with Immigration matters and undertaking own advocacy
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Deal with correspondence, prepare and manage funding applications, and prepare draft documents
  • Prepare applications to meet Home Office requirements, attend conferences and court, and maintain accurate time costing procedures
  • Implement recommendations made by supervisors and ensure compliance with file management
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong academic background with a Law degree
  • Legal experience as an Immigration Paralegal/Advisor
  • Clear understanding and application of Immigration Laws
  • Business acumen and ability to market the Company
  • Excellent communications, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Committed team player, self-motivated, and professional
  • Excellent IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management
