Dental Practice Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Penryn Dental Practice in Cornwall. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, responding to their needs and concerns
- Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
- Previous front-of-house experience in a healthcare setting (dental or medical)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in dental software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; dental or medical certification a plus
